SERVICES
Where do I park my car?
There is a parking lot with blue stripes in front of the hotel reserved for guests, who will be given a ticket at check-in which must be displayed prominently inside the car for the entire stay. Alternatively, we have a garage, available upon reservation at the daily price of € 15.00.
Is there the possibility to connect to the Internet?
Yes, Internet connection is available via WI-FI throughout the hotel (including the outdoor terraces and the Lounge bar).
Is there a private beach at the hotel? Is the beach included in the price? What does the beach service include?
The hotel has a beach reserved for its guests. The service is included in the price for guests who book directly. It includes a beach umbrella and two sunbeds.
Is it possible to book the beach umbrella in the first row?
We take the different needs into consideration and will do our best to meet your wishes at no extra charge.
Are beach and pool towels provided?
In some types of rooms beach towels are already included as a service, along with the beach bag. In the types of rooms where this service is not included, it is available upon request with an additional fee of € 10.00.
Is it possible to stay later than the check-out time?
The late check-out service is possible only if there are no arrivals in the same room. For this service there is an additional fee. Please ask the reception if it is possible to stay later than the check-out time.
Do pool seats have to be reserved?
Pool seats cannot be reserved. Please do not occupy them with towels.
Is it possible to rent bikes?
City-bike rental is available free of charge. In addition, we have new E-Bikes (electric) available for an additional fee and upon reservation.
If my child is sick?
We collaborate with excellent family doctors, available for visits in the hotel or at their clinics. Besides, a medical service is active in Bibione and the first aid station is located 2 km from the hotel.
Are strollers provided?
We have different types of strollers for children, available free of charge to our guests.
Are pets allowed?
We are equipped to accept small dogs, maximum 5 kg. It is not allowed to enter the restaurant and breakfast rooms and the private beach of the hotel. The beach of Pluto is available for dogs in Bibione, only upon reservation.
Is there a gym in the hotel?
On the top floor of the hotel you will find a gym with Technogym equipment and a panoramic terrace.
Does the hotel offer a laundry service to guests?
It is possible to request this service, the hotel employs the services of an external laundry. The service is not free.
Are there rooms equipped for the disabled?
The rooms equipped for the disabled are of the Superior type.
In these rooms there are no steps to access the services. The bathroom is equipped with safety handles and appropriate spaces for walking. The shower has a tip-up seat.

The breakfast in our room on the ground floor is buffet style. For those who wish to sleep a little longer, after 9.30 am, we serve breakfast at the table at the Montecarlo Café, near the pool.
At the Principessa Grace restaurant, meals are served at the table, while salads and appetizers are buffet style.
How much does an extra meal cost?
An extra lunch or dinner for guests staying at the hotel or visitors of guests staying at the hotel costs € 25.00 per person (drinks not included). For external guests € 30.00 (drinks not included).
Is there a personalized menu for those suffering from celiac disease, vegetarians, those with intolerance (lactose, albumin, etc.)?
The hotel kitchen is equipped to satisfy every need of our guests.
